Arrive at Yangon International Airport, transfer to your hotel. After breakfast at Hotel, 2hr drive and visit to MOUNT POPA , 730- meter high of PopaTaungkalat, an extinct volcano with a shrine dedicated to animist spirits known as “Nats”. To reach the top of the volcanic plug with its many shrines and a monastery, one has to climb up 700 steep steps. You will enjoy the extraordinary panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Drive back to Bagan. On the way, visit to toddy farm and palm juice making work shop. In the afternoon, proceed to BUPAYA PAGODA, a memorable experience for the view over the Ayeyarwaddy River and the many ancient monuments which make this one of Asia’s most impressive archaeological sites.
